Grounding Meditation for Inner Peace and Acceptance w/ Natasja Pelgrom

This guided Mindfulness meditation is one of my favorite grounding practices, it’s an adaptation from “The Mountain Meditation” by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It encourages us to seek inner stability and peace, even in the face of unpredictable change and chaos.
