Rebirthing

Rebirthing is mostly known as a technique involving specific breathing exercises which allow individuals to re-experience memories from the past and to release feelings and sentiments that are suppressed/contained within the emotional physical self. It helps to release everything that you don‘t need from your inside and also to be more aware of what you have. Rebirthing is a powerful technique for personal transformation. However, during this Transformational course, you will have the ability to experience this trough Sound Therapy.

Sound has been utilised in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindi’s, the Icaro’s (medicine melodies) of various Indigenous peoples from Central and South America, or Pythagoras’ use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. Together we will create a Sound womb with the Universal Sound of OHM.

Empowerment

To empower you in your process I will not sit around and let you passively ride of my energy field or channeling, this is the ‘old’ way to you the practitioner of giving away your authority to a teacher. I will ‘hold space’ for you to be able to remember your alternative states of being, it is your own divinity and sovereignty that needs to be acknowledged and strengthened. During this one-day course, it is you that will be giving and allowing the transformation, initiation, and acknowledgment of yourself in the true Master that You are. We will address and change limiting believes that are holding you and us as a collective back in fully experiencing your Mastery.

You will receive visualisation assignments, processing work and journaling prompts for you to do before attending the in-person course, make sure you enrol at least a week prior to give yourself plenty of time.

Because of the deep healing work that will occur and the one on one care and attention, there is a max number of 12 participants.
